MAIN GAME HIRE:
1. The Hirer is responsible for all care and supervision of the games.
2. Strictly NO DRINKS OR FOOD to be consumed or placed nearby during the playing of any game.
3. Once a game is in situ, no game should be moved. (i.e. Table top large games)
4. Games that come with play pieces must be put back after play in supply bag /bucket or area the game was supplied in.
5. All games and accessories will be checked upon collection. Any defacement, damage etc. may result in loss or part of deposit paid.
We reserve the right to refuse hire of games in the event of the following:
a). We have not been notified if we have stairs to carry the equipment up.
b). We have not received final balance of the hire 14 days prior to the date of the event.
c). Failure to pay will result in loss of deposit.
OUTDOOR HIRE:
some of our main games are handmade and must be under suitable cover or inside in
extreme weather which may damage the equipment. We reserve the right to change, swap
or offer an alternative if the conditions are considered unsuitable.
GAZEBO HIRE:
We can supply Gazebo hire if required. Our Gazebo's are pop up, and easy to assemble.
If you require this service please mention on your initial enquiry through either our on line form on this website, or when
enquiring by phone, facebook or email. Our standard terms and conditions also apply to Gazebo hire. We reserve the right to
refuse hire subject to adverse or dangerous weather conditions.
SOFT PLAY HIRE:
1. The Hirer is responsible for all care and supervision of all soft play equipment supplied.
2. Strictly NO DRINKS, FOOD OR SHOES are permitted in the soft play area.
Please ensure socks are worn.
3. Once the soft play equipment is in situ on the matting area, moving of the equipment is not permitted. Moveable blocks also have to stay in the matting area.
4. All soft play equipment will be checked upon collection. Any defacement, damage etc. may result in loss or part of deposit paid.
PLEASE NOTE:
Some items of soft play are age restricted. please adhere to the age restrictions mentioned. We will not be held responsible for any injury caused in the event of children over the recommended age using soft play.
Our soft play is suitable for 1-8 years. Ages 1 - 3 years with supervision.
TRUE VINTAGE GAME HIRE
1. The Hirer is responsible for all care and supervision of the games.
2. Some games are age restricted due to small parts. These may subject to choking hazards.
It is the hirer's responsibility to adhere to these age restrictions and supervision when these games are in use.
3. Our games are true vintage, and originate from the 1940's up to the 1990's. Some boxes and contents will have signs of
wear and tear, and have age related marks. Please handle these with great care and due respect, as any defacement, damage etc. may result in
loss or part of deposit paid. Strictly NO DRINKS OR FOOD to be consumed or placed nearby during the playing of any game.
A copy of these terms and conditions are available on hire of equipment if required.
STANDARD BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Bookings are taken by telephone only. You can make enquiries using the online booking form on this website, and we will come back to you with either a request for more information if required, or a quote. When booking we will require name, address, phone number, full details of the venue, time and date
of the event games required. we will also need any additional details of access to the venue. i.e. parking.
If the event is to be held on the ground floor or upper floors, and if there is any access to lifts etc.
DEPOSIT
We will require a 30% deposit on initial booking which will secure the date in our diary. This is across all our equipment hire.Payment in full or over the standard 30% can be made at point of booking. All balance payments must be made within 14 days of the initial booking. Failure to pay within this period may result in the full cancellation fee and loss of your initial deposit.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances on our part i.e.: Adverse weather conditions, Failure to arrive due to vehicle breakdown or traffic accident, resulting in failure to deliver to site, we will offer a full refund, or an alternative booking
VENUE CLOSURE
In the event of your chosen venue closing, provided we are informed in an amount of time we would consider reasonable, a full refund or an alternative booking at a future date would be an option. If we don't have what we would consider reasonable notice this may result in the loss of your deposit.
